You choose the area to be worked on and the length of massage. Choose from scalp, neck, shoulders, back, hand, foot or lower leg. Add hot stones to your massage for deeper muscle relaxation at key areas on the body, allowing the muscles to be manipulated more.
What to expect in your treatment
All massages are conducted in our private beauty room. You will have the opportunity to discuss with the therapist the areas to be worked on, how you are feeling, how much pain you are in or if the is purely for relaxation. You can ask for either a full-body massage (for general relaxation) or a customised session focusing on specific parts of your body. The therapist will then advise you on how to lay on the bed either face up or face down and remember, your comfort matters. Your therapist will step out for a moment, allowing you to disrobe (to your comfort level) and lay onto a table underneath the top sheet and blanket. During your massage, your therapist will only uncover the areas of your body they’re working on. It’s important to relax your mind and muscles during your massage. Breathe normally and try not to tighten or contract your muscles. Maintain open lines of communication with your therapist if you’d like to provide feedback on their pressure or techniques. A mixture of Sweddish relaxation massage, deep tissue/ sport massage and Fijian Lomi Lomi massage will be used. When your massage is complete the therapist will leave the room to get a glass of water then will wait outside while you dress, taking your time not to rush.
