Tips to get the best results from your membership:
It is important to stick to the “prescription” for your skin. Your skin may initially go through a “transitional period”, where you may notice skin oiliness or dryness; breakouts; increased sensitivity or hyperpigmentation. This may occur in the first 2-4 weeks of use and may last for up to 6 weeks, but it will pass.
Try to ensure that you are getting 7 – 8 hours of good sleep a night. If you are struggling to sleep, talk to our Pharmacists for advice.
Try to manage your stress levels as best you can, avoiding long periods of chronic stress.
We recommend eating wholefoods where possible, limiting your caffeine and alcohol intake. For internal support we suggest taking a probiotic, vitamin C and essential fatty acids. Results may vary if you smoke and vape.
We encourage regular exercise.
Please do not wash your face in the shower and choose lukewarm to cold water when you do.
Payment Options:
$50 deposit on sign up.
Direct debit with Gocardless for either:
$34.35 per week for 23 weeks or
$131.67 per month for 6 months
If the direct debit fails, we will contact you, but then a 5% surcharge will be added to your payment to cover any fees for default payment.
If you cannot continue, we understand from time to time that life happens and would never want to keep you in a membership. Should you wish to cancel, please let us know in writing and then you will be charged for:
Full price of the starter kit $184.95 plus $46 per treatment you have completed.
